By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms:

1. Appointments & Booking

A deposit is required to secure your slot.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with proper notice.

No deposit = no confirmed appointment.


2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Please notify at least 24–48 hours before your appointment.

Late cancellations or no-shows will result in deposit forfeiture.

Rebooking may require a new deposit.


3. Late Policy

Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation or shortened service.

Full service fee may still apply.


4. Health & Safety

Clients must disclose any skin conditions, allergies, or medical issues before the procedure.

Services may be refused if deemed unsafe.

Strict sanitation and hygiene practices are followed at all times.


5. Results & Expectations

Results may vary depending on skin type, aftercare, and lifestyle.

No guarantees on exact color, shape, or longevity.

Touch-ups may require additional fees.


6. Aftercare Responsibility

Proper aftercare is the client’s responsibility.

Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect results.

The artist is not liable for poor healing due to neglect.


7. Age Requirement

Clients must be 18 years old or above.

Valid ID may be required.


8. Payments

Full payment is due after the service.

Accepted payment methods will be communicated in advance.


9. Right to Refuse Service

The artist reserves the right to refuse service for:

Unsafe conditions

Inappropriate behavior

Health concerns


10. Photo & Media Consent

Photos/videos may be taken for portfolio and marketing with your consent.

Please inform us if you prefer not to be featured.


11. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from our business.
